The cycling opportunities in the area a numerous for both the mountain biking and road cyclist.  Nant yr Arian, a forestry centre 8 miles from Aberystwyth is a trail head for mountain bike trails, The Summit Trail The Pendam Trail and The Syfydrin Trail.
