Cycling in and around Aberystwyth T

The cycling opportunities in the area are numerous for both the mountain biking and road cyclist. Nant yr Arian, a forestry centre eight miles form Aberystwyth is a trail head for mountain bike trails including The Summit Trail, The Pendam Train and The Syfydrin Trail.
