Aberystwyth has now got a new Brand which can be used by anyone who wishes to promote the town to residents, visitors and tourists. The brand is only one component of a scheme by Menter Aberystwyth to 'Develop and Implement a Coherent Sense of Place in Aberystwyth", it's being funded throught he Rural Development Plan scheme.

The brand was designed by a local company known as FBA which reflects the different aspects of Aberystwyth from it's historical features to it's vibrant night time economy and vast number of unique shops and cafes. The strapline "something for everyone - rhywbeth i bawb" encapsulates that the town and surrounding area can be tailored to nearly anyones needs. The brand can be downloaded by clicking on the left hand column on the home page. Also as part of the project we have paid for new bins and benches along the Promenade, Imporvements to the Bandstand, You are Here Maps, Town Guide maps and Heritage Interpretation Panels, all focusing on creating a sense of place for all in Aberystwyth.
