A new brand for Aberystwyth has been designed to help promote and create a sense of place for the town and surrounding area.
It shows the town as being welcoming, dynamic, vibrant, energetic and inspiring, encapsulating the variety of attractions and styles within Aberystwyth. The Brand can be used in any colour with or without the strapline 'rhywbeth i bawb - something for everyone'.
We hope that the brand will:
- make it easier to attract visitors and investors to the town.
- help us to sell products and services related to Aberystwyth.
- provide direction for all marketing activities associated with Aberystwyth.

The Aberystwyth Guide Book is your ultimate guide to the town and surrounding area. The 2010/2011 Guide Book was launched on the 13th July 2010; for your copy please contact Menter Aberystwyth on 01970 628 725 or copies are available around the town and throughout Wales. You can also download a copy here. Work has now started for the 2011-12 Guide Book and this should be ready to launch in June 2011. Menter Aberystwyth work closely with the Chamber of Commerce to produce 30,000 copies of this 60 page glossy booklet which has everything from the history of the town and its special attractions, a detailed map and a comprehensive section of adverts from accommodation providers, attractions, shops and professional services from within and around the town - all under one cover. |

This year's Welsh Lady Fun Run is being held on Friday the 1st of March at Aberystwyth Bandstand. There will be races to suit all ages, including a buggy push for mums / dads and toddlers. Come and join in the fun!
